Keepsakes & family items
Items marked for family are photographed, inventoried, packed, and shipped or held for pickup. Anything uncertain is set aside and asked about, never guessed at.
Items of value
Furniture, tools, collections, and household goods with resale value can be routed to local consignment or sale, and Keep can connect the estate with local options.
Donation, with receipts
Usable goods go to local organizations. Available donation receipts are collected and delivered for the estate's records.
Clearing & cleanout
Everything approved for removal is handled responsibly. The home is left empty, swept, and ready for the next phase.
Preparation for market
From there, the full Listing Ready plan: deep cleaning, light cosmetic refresh, and exterior care, finished by a committed photo-ready date.

You receive a written scope, a flat price, and a committed timeline. Approvals happen by email and phone.

You receive photo and video updates at milestones. Questions about specific items come with pictures, not guesses.

Review the finish
You receive a final video review. If you are selling, Keep coordinates access and timing with your listing agent.
Keys can be handled through the agent's lockbox, with access documented throughout the project.

Nothing leaves the property without an approved plan for it.
Documents, photographs, jewelry, and anything that appears personal or valuable are set aside and brought to you every time.
Keep is not an appraiser, an attorney, or an auction house. When something calls for one, you will be told and connected with appropriate local options.
If probate or ownership questions are unresolved, work waits until the person with authority says go.

How long does an estate take?
It depends on the size of the household and how much sorting involves the family. A typical single-family estate can run from a focused week to several weeks. The written plan includes the timeline, and the photo-ready date is committed in writing.
What does Estate Care cost?
Every estate is priced as a flat project fee after the first walkthrough or photo review, never by the hour. The number you approve is the number you pay. Donation receipts are documented for the estate.
Can you work with our real estate agent and attorney?
Yes. Keep coordinates access and timelines with the listing agent and provides clear records for the executor or attorney. One update thread keeps the people responsible informed.
The house is full and we do not know where to start.
That is the normal starting point, and it is exactly what the first walkthrough is for. You do not need to sort anything, decide anything, or apologize for anything before Keep arrives.
What happens to the things nobody wants?
Usable items are donated locally with receipts when available. Recyclable materials are recycled. Only what remains after that is disposed of. The goal is a household handled respectfully, not a dumpster in the driveway on day one.
